Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the App, including features accessed, session duration, card draws, and question usage. This data is collected in anonymized or aggregated form where possible.

Conversation Data: Conversations with Kazmo are retained for up to thirty (30) days to enable cross-referencing within your active sessions, after which they are automatically deleted. Summarized conversation data associated with your collectible card records is retained as part of your card collection.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your personalized natal chart, daily horoscope, and Kazmo conversational content
• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Process your subscription payments
• Communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and support
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the App, including AI model providers (xAI's Grok), payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.

Business Transfers: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.

We retain your Birth Data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. Conversation data is retained for up to thirty (30) days, after which it is automatically deleted. Card collection data and associated summaries are retained for the life of your account.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
